I love how this cake turned out! I made this yesterday. There is a cake similar to it in one of my course books for my cake decorating class but it is made of fondant icing. I'm not really fond of fondant so I made mine out of buttercream and royal icing flowers. I wanted to eat it sooo bad but I resisted and sent it to work with Chris today!
